  • Jackets and other apparel
  • Limited-edition and limited-run collections

  • Other products or Services introduced from time to time

Product availability may vary.

We reserve the right to add, modify, discontinue or limit products and Services, subject to applicable consumer law and existing contractual obligations.

4. PHYSICAL PRODUCTS AND APPAREL

4.1 Product Information

We make reasonable efforts to ensure product descriptions, specifications, measurements, photographs and other information are accurate.

However, the appearance of colours and products may vary depending on factors including:

  • Screen and display settings
  • Lighting
  • Photography
  • Manufacturing tolerances
  • Fabric characteristics
  • Washing or finishing processes
  • Production batches

Certain products may intentionally have individual characteristics as part of their manufacturing, washing, distressing or finishing process.

Nothing in this section affects your statutory rights where goods are faulty, not as described or otherwise fail to conform to applicable consumer law.

4.2 Sizing

Customers are responsible for reviewing available sizing information before purchasing.

Sizing may vary between different products, fits, manufacturers or styles.

Where measurements are provided, they should be used as a guide when selecting a size.

Your statutory rights remain unaffected.

5. LIMITED-EDITION AND LIMITED-RUN PRODUCTS

Certain SHOPHOODIE® products and collections may be manufactured or released in limited quantities.

Where a product is described as limited edition, limited run, exclusive or similar:

  • Availability may be restricted
  • Sizes may sell out
  • Products may not be restocked
  • Availability may change at any time before an order is accepted

Placing an item in your shopping cart does not necessarily reserve that product.

A product is not guaranteed until your order has been accepted.

6. ORDERS

When placing an order, you agree to provide accurate and complete information.

You are responsible for ensuring that:

  • Your name is correct
  • Your billing information is correct
  • Your delivery address is correct
  • Your contact information is accurate
  • You are authorised to use the payment method provided

After an order is submitted, you may receive an automated acknowledgement.

An acknowledgement that we have received your order does not necessarily mean that the order has been accepted.

We may refuse or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including where:

  • A product is unavailable
  • An obvious pricing or product-description error has occurred
  • Payment cannot be authorised
  • Fraud or unauthorised activity is reasonably suspected
  • The order appears to involve resale, abuse or misuse
  • We cannot deliver to the supplied address
  • We are legally prohibited from completing the transaction

Where we cancel an order after payment has been taken, we will arrange an appropriate refund for the cancelled amount.

7. PRICES

Prices are displayed on the relevant product pages and may change from time to time.

A price change will not normally affect an order that has already been accepted.

Shipping charges, taxes, duties or other applicable charges will be displayed or communicated where required.

Promotional pricing and discounts may be subject to separate conditions.

We reserve the right to correct genuine and obvious pricing errors, subject to applicable law.

8. PAYMENTS

Payments are processed using third-party payment providers made available through our website.

By submitting payment information, you confirm that you are authorised to use the selected payment method.

We do not normally store complete payment-card details ourselves.

Payment providers may conduct security, authentication and fraud-prevention checks.

An order may be delayed or cancelled if payment cannot be authorised.

9. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Available shipping methods and estimated delivery information are displayed on our website or during checkout.

Delivery estimates are estimates rather than guarantees unless expressly stated otherwise.

Delivery may be affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including:

  • Carrier delays
  • Customs processing
  • Severe weather
  • Public holidays
  • Transportation disruption
  • Incorrect customer information
  • International customs or border procedures

We will comply with applicable consumer law regarding delivery.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.

10. INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

International customers may be responsible for customs duties, import taxes or other charges imposed by their country unless we expressly state that those charges are included.

Customs requirements vary between jurisdictions.

International delivery may also be subject to customs inspections and delays outside our reasonable control.

11. RETURNS, REFUNDS AND CANCELLATION RIGHTS

Returns, refunds and cancellations are governed by our Returns or Refund Policy and applicable consumer law.

Nothing in these Terms removes or restricts statutory rights available to consumers.

For eligible UK consumer purchases made online, you may have statutory cancellation rights under applicable consumer law, subject to relevant exceptions.

Separate rules may apply to personalised, customised, perishable, sealed or digital products.

If physical goods are faulty, damaged, not as described or otherwise do not meet applicable statutory requirements, you may have additional legal remedies.

12. DIGITAL PRODUCTS

Some products available through CFTDirect may consist of downloadable or otherwise digitally supplied content.

Where applicable, customers may be required to consent to digital content being supplied during a statutory cancellation period and acknowledge the consequences this may have for cancellation rights.

Nothing in these Terms excludes rights that cannot legally be excluded.

Digital content must not be copied, reproduced, resold, redistributed, shared or commercially exploited except where we have expressly authorised such use.

13. EDUCATIONAL CONTENT

Some digital products or Services may contain educational materials concerning business, global markets, trading or related subjects.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, such materials are provided for general informational and educational purposes only.

Chestnut Field Trading Limited does not represent educational material as personalised investment or financial advice.

We do not guarantee financial performance, trading results, investment returns, income or profits.

Financial markets involve risk and users should make their own decisions and, where appropriate, obtain advice from a suitably authorised independent professional.

Past performance does not guarantee future results.

Nothing contained in educational materials should be interpreted as a guarantee of financial results.

16. SMS/TEXT MESSAGE TERMS

If you opt in to receive SMS or text-message marketing from us, the following additional terms apply.

16.1 Message Frequency

Message frequency may vary.

The number of messages you receive may depend on factors such as promotions, product releases, SHOPHOODIE® drops, your interactions with our store and the marketing programmes to which you have subscribed.

We do not guarantee a specific number of messages per week or month.

16.2 Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply.

Your mobile network operator may charge you for sending or receiving SMS/text messages or for associated mobile data according to your mobile plan.

Chestnut Field Trading Limited is not responsible for charges imposed by your mobile network provider.

16.3 Opting Out

You may withdraw your consent to SMS marketing at any time.

Where supported, you can reply STOP to an SMS marketing message to unsubscribe.

You may also contact us at:

support@cftdirect.com

After requesting to unsubscribe, you may receive a message confirming that your subscription has ended.

Unsubscribing from marketing does not prevent us from sending essential transactional communications where permitted, such as communications necessary to complete or service an order.

16.4 Help and Support

For assistance with SMS communications, where supported you may reply HELP to a message.

You may also contact:

Email: support@cftdirect.com
Telephone: +44 (0)1788 316053

16.5 Mobile Number Changes

If you change, deactivate or transfer your mobile telephone number, you should update your information or unsubscribe the previous number where reasonably possible.

SMS delivery is subject to mobile network availability and third-party service providers.

Messages may occasionally be delayed or not delivered because of circumstances outside our reasonable control.

16.7 Consent and Privacy

Telephone numbers and information associated with SMS subscriptions are processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable privacy and electronic-marketing laws.

We do not sell subscriber telephone numbers.

17. EMAIL MARKETING

If you subscribe to email marketing, we may send you information concerning products, releases, promotions and other brand communications where permitted by law.

You can unsubscribe from marketing emails using the unsubscribe option contained in applicable marketing communications.
