What's SHOPHOODIE clothing made from?
100% heavyweight 400gsm+ cotton. Zero compromise on quality, built to hold its shape wash after wash.
How do I wash SHOPHOODIE clothing?
Wash inside out at 30°C to protect the print and fabric finish.
Can I tumble dry SHOPHOODIE clothing?
We don't recommend it. Air dry to keep the heavyweight construction and colour looking premium for longer.
Will it shrink?
Minimal shrinkage is normal with heavyweight cotton on the first wash. Washing cold and avoiding the tumble dryer keeps this to a minimum.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes — all clothing ships free. Digital products are delivered as an instant download. Shipping costs only apply to Canvas and Accessories, and will be calculated at checkout.
How long does delivery take?
UK delivery takes 7–10 working days. We ship worldwide, and you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking details as soon as your order ships.
What sizes do you offer, and how do I find mine?
SHOPHOODIE runs from XXS to XXL, with select styles available up to 3XL. All pieces are cut in our signature oversized fit, so they run generous to size — check the size chart on each product page and size down if you prefer a more regular fit.
What's your returns & exchanges policy?
We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags attached. To start a return, get in touch via our contact page or email cft@chestnutfieldtrading.com.
