What is the difference between the packages?
Starter gives you 2 concepts, 2 revisions and PNG and JPG files. Professional gives you 4 concepts, unlimited revisions, the full file set (AI, SVG, PDF, PNG, JPG), colour and black and white versions, and a mini brand sheet.
When does the work start?
Work starts as soon as we receive your brief after checkout. Delivery times are counted from the day your brief arrives.
Who owns the logo?
You do. Once your final files are delivered, full ownership of the final logo is yours.
Can I send reference images?
Yes. Email them to cft@chestnutfieldtrading.com with your order number in the subject.
Can I upgrade from Starter to Professional?
Yes. Get in touch with your order number and we will arrange it.
