1. Returns Eligibility

We offer a 14-day return policy for eligible physical merchandise. This means you have 14 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unworn and unused

  • In their original condition

  • With all original tags attached

  • In the original packaging

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Returns may be sent either to our registered office or directly to the fulfilment partner address provided in your return instructions, depending on the product and fulfilment location.

4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

7. European Union & UK Cooling-Off Rights

If your order is shipped to the United Kingdom or European Union, you have the legal right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receipt, without providing a reason.

Returned items must meet the eligibility requirements outlined in Section 1.

This right does not apply to:

  • Digital products once accessed or downloaded

8. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval status.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
